The Perennial Plate is an online weekly documentary series dedicated to socially responsible and adventurous eating. Daniel Klein, the host, is a trained chef. And he’s GOOD. Really, really good. He trained at some of the world’s finest restaurants including The Fat Duck, Bouchon, and Craft. The series is visually stunning, thoughtful, and interesting.
